Based on the information y'all provided, please help to Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer to test the Outlook Auto discover procedure of your account (if you are using Office 365 business relationship).

You lot tin can go to: https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/ , then choose Role 365->Outlook Motorcar discover. After this procedure was finished, please cull Expand All and Salve equally HTML (on the left of Expand All). Once you get the result, delight send it to us via Private Bulletin .

Meanwhile, please configure your account in another normal reckoner to see if this event persist. Or,  if you configure others types of email like Gmail, Outlook.com account on this PC? Did you get the aforementioned issue?

Thanks for your support and follow-up. But I'm sorry that I got "Access Denied" issue once I clicked "Start a Conversation" in "Individual Messages" page. May I know if there is whatever other manner to share you the Office365 machine discovery examination report?
